LONDON, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell's Queensland Curtis liquefied natural gas (LNG) oil rig flanges gulf coast production plant will undergo a partial maintenance outage on May 7-27, 2018, the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) said in a notice on Friday.

The 8.5 million-tonnes-per-annum capacity liquefaction plant has two oil rig flanges gulf coast production units, or trains.

The maintenance will affect more than one half of a train but not more than one full train, AEMO said in the note.

LNG producers such as Shell voluntarily submit information on oil rig flanges gulf coast production outages to the AEMO. The guidance is subject to change.
