OSLO, April 10 (Reuters) - Norwegian government on Tuesday presented Arctic Johan Castberg oilfield development plan for the parliament's approval, the oil ministry said.

Statoil said it expected the development in the Barents Sea to cost 49 billion Norwegian crowns ($6.27 billion) when presenting the plan to the government last December.
